Well...there is a thread called hunter race, but well...I didnt really like the direction I was going with that...this is a new start, trying not to overpower them and taking out the disease element...hope you like it...btw could any of the mods delete the thread called Hunter Race, made by Cells...because that was basicle the thing Im working on here
Ok here it goes..well a new start sort of:
Kasachidur
Home World: The home world of the Kasachidur is located somewhere in the other subsector, the Imperium does not know of it's presence there, they dont even know if the Kasachidur are indigenous to the Anargo Sector.
The planet itself almost entirely covered with forests...trees rising high in the skies, filled with strange and hostile creatures.
The areas on the planet which are unsuitable for plantlife are covered with cities and space docks. The Kasachidur ships arrive and leave the planet all the time, bringing in strange prey and slaves. Most of the slaves are just used for work, while the strongest fight in the arenas.
The arenas are the place where the Kasachidur train, gamble, socialize. The Kasachidur fight many of the strong slaves there and on many occasions even their own kind. And there are always bets on the fights in the arena.
The Kasachidur get their natural products (food) from the forests on their world, many strange nutricious creatures and plants live there. They also get their products from their colonies on the planet's moons.
There are hunter warbands however who only eat the flesh of the prey they captured themselves, or enemies they have beaten in the arenas.
Many of the hunters leave the planet to find worthy prey elsewhere in the galaxy. Small warbands of hunters travel all across the galaxy, looking for suitable targets. There are also some who hire themselves out as mercenaries in return to keep the remains of the enemies.
The Kasachidur dont have an Astronomicon like the Imperium...how ever, they are psychic creatures, not like the eldar...but they have the capibility to use the Imperial Astronomicon to travel in the warp for a short time. They are also know to stick against Imperial ships for a short time and travel with them through the warp in order to get somewhere, then by the time the enemy ship tries to do something the Kasachidur are gone.
More to come soon ;D
