I found this site last night and I realy like the idea of building a sector. I would like to get involved but there is so much stuff scartered around the fourms that I cant find a place to get a good "foothold". I have printed out the world creation guide, but I have yet to finish reading it, let alone understand all of it.So, I was woundering, does anyone have any sugestions to where I should start, or does anyone know of anything that needs to be done so I can devote my attention to that instead of trying to learn everything.
Sorry if this is in the wrong fourm, it seemed like the best place to me.

First of all, you get a system, not a sector Second, have a look in the subsector forums and find an unoccupied but habitable system that appeals to you. Third, look around for an 'extended generation' or you'll have to do one yourself. Fourth, put this information into words. Fifth, contribute elsewhere to the miscellaneous topics. And finally, remember all this is just a guide...

Welcome to the site Ixidor10024. You may want to start by introducing yourself in the New Members Check IN Point List what interests you hold, such as drawing, the study of anthropology or making three dimensional designs with cheese wiz. This might lead to a board memebr seeking you out for help in a given area. to get your feet wet on the boards you might want to check out the Anargo At A Glance and ASP Archive forums. These will give you a brief overview of the Subsectors as well as some of the projects and systems that have been "finished". If you are still undecided on how to proceed after checking these out, drop me a PM.
