Probably an exclusively British joke for the subject title, but there we go... How many people here are interested in the 'big issues' of the Anargo Sector? Not just of making a world, but addressing the representation of the sector, how the warp is representated, etc.? Or is that just all superfluous? E.g. you know how the 'fluff' works so what does it matter how we represent it? Also, do people tend to read outside of the forum that they're primarily interested in? So you're building a world in the Castellan sector, but do you read about, say, Torres subsector? Or Sargassos? Please don't take this as a recrimination, I'm just intrigued as to how people regard some of the more esoteric threads in "Meta", amongst other locations... Just some random ramblings. Kage

I think you have a pretty good idea where I stand on this question.

*did not get the joke* Actually, Destecado, I don't know entirely where you stand on this. I've seen you around in the Meta-thread, but what other threads do you frequent? Nor you Kage... Personally, I read all the different threads, though I must admit that I don't fully read all the RPG posts with the skills, magic systems, etc

Joke: "Help the homeless, buy the Big Issue!" etc.
Anyway, I'm nosy. I poke around in the other sector forums and add the odd opinion, and I take as much of a part in the Imperial, Meta etc. areas as I can, but if I've got no ideas I'll just keep out of the way and let everyone else get on with it.

Ah, and on a relevant subject; When will our busy members cease to be busy (or be less busy, for those of you striving to die of heart-attack by age 40)?
My final exam is 18th of May, and after that, it's champagne and cheese for half a year or so, I think, leaving me time to work on my boat, clean my room (not been done since x-mas), salvage my social life, actually play 40k so that it almost makes sense having spent so much money on the minis.... and spend more time on ASP.

September 2004... It's pretty amazing that I can spend as much time on the project as I do, and even then I get... erm... complaints that I'm not moving around. <sigh> No one is ever appreciated in their time. Kage

I pretty much read all of the topics in all of the forums. I try to add my comments where I feel that they are relavent and where I have some knowledge of the topic being discussed.

I suppose i would say my interests where purly at the abstract level, but that would probably be obvious given my limited, if any, input to most areas. After all why build a world when you can work with an entire race

I want to start working on some ideas for the Alien races, Hrud and Unibians mainly, more detail in the Unibians, culture and stuff like that.
But ok stuff like school and my musical projects isnt giving me much time, which ends up with me making kinda small posts or not much at all.
I was working on some sketches of an Unibian throne...looted Eldar tech!

My interest is primarily on my pet alien race, the Atlanteans. But I also like to visit the Ork forum (Orks have always been amusing to me) and I try to share what I know to help develop the Necron presence. And I nose around the other forums occasionally (like this one! P.S.: (OT) I have a new avatar. ZAP!!

I will be less busy after the Portent Tourney, I will be able to get on with more stuff for the Protean Tech Guard once the Tribe's out of the way.
Also I finish my college course in a couple of months, that'll free up some more time too.

Personally, I'm quite keen on seeing a 'finished product' as it were. Fluffwise I like the military, as a whole entity. I sometimes find the discussions of aliens quite tedious and would prefer to stick to human issues.
I'm not in much of a position to contribute heavily at this moment in time; A-level exams coming up and all. Even then, I just can't seem to apply myself to topics outside my sphere of interest.

Well, positive contributions upon the nature of the Imperium and its representation in the Anargo sector is always up for grabs. There are still some glitches in the 'fluff' that might need ironing out (i.e. nature of communications, etc.). Also the "Nature of the Warp" thread, just like the "Heart of Anargo" thread, are of particularly importance although the latter has been moved forward through contribution by a limited number of people...
