We all do it. I know that I do, normally as a result of a lack of time but also because of a lack of inspiration at any given point. Most of us tend to expand upon just a simple statement of an idea and apply it to the broader picture. But for those that constantly 'spam' with one-line posts... Grrr. It gets a number of people angry, especially when people (including Mods) have continually asked that people not engage in this activity.
So what happens? You get a warning, first off. We ask you politely not to spam the forums with one-liners, especially if you have good ideas. If you continue doing it then we ask you again, though in harsher tones...
... It becomes obvious that there is a limit of what you can actually do, so with that in mind take the following steps with a pinch of salt since they're are not really that dramatic...
Next step is you get a lovely custom title. At the moment it is...
Yeah, not that interesting but the original one was looked on in a positive regard. I also didn't want to put something that was too insulting.
If that doesn't work then you get a forum - public! - dressing down.
Next stage after that is your post count gets dropped down to 1 and if you have Mod privileges they are removed.
The only thing after that is banning, but that is not something that I want to do...
So, there's the system all explained. Maybe not the most consistent but - heck! - at least it is something!
With what I said above in mind...

Malika...
Stop posting one-liners! We've asked you to expand upon what are obviously interesting ideas but you continually regress into posting one-line, erm, posts that are no more than fifteen words long! I've asked a number of times that you stop this activity and for a short while you do. But then within a small period of time you're back to the one-liners.
This must now stop.
You've got the =][= purge/seal as a Custom Title which is probably a tad too 'cool' for punishment but there we go.
Next will be the joys of post reduction and... Well, you get the picture.
So, on a positive note, what we're asking you to do malika is post more of your ideas but with some structure and detail behind them. Something more than one line of fifteen words, or whatever.
On a more personal note, I've really hated doing this and am unsure whether it was the correct thing to do. It's just that nothing else has worked so I'm left with this...
