This thread should contain date and very brief description of even associated with this date. e.g. 125.M30 – first planet of Anargo sector claimed “Anexus Imperialis”.
Apologies zholud... I was already working on the Timeline threads before I saw that you had posted this. Given that they are just an archive, I cannot see this being too much of a problem, however.
One thing that also must be decided is which events are listed on the Timeline, something that could also be decided here.

This is something that we're going to need more information on. I believe there was some suggestion that the Shrineworld might have had some significance in the annexation of the Anargo sector?
The Eivine Emperor himself once set foot upon the Shrineworld, at the head of his Glorious Legions he drove back the Diabolical Krinshan race to the dark hinterlands and saved the Noble Subjects of His Realm that they may serve him forevermore. The Great Saint Constantin, Guard-Captain of the Emperor's own, tought the art of the blade to the Deshmoran monks, founding the Order of Valdor.
Or, for the more factual part, the Imperial Army vanguard of the Emperor's own forces encountered the human settlers who were under constant attack by the native tribes. The natives were driven back and the locals, in co-operation with the Imperial troops, set up a command post for the re-aquisition of the rest of the sector. the Emperor himself is known to have set foot upon this planet, acompanied by the Captain-General of the Adeptus Custodes. One of the blade orders of (PLANET'SNAME) claims to have been tutored by the master of the Custodes, Constantin Valdor, and claims to have his halberd in their reliquary.
"You will fall upon one another like wolves. It will make what we did pale by comparison. The billions who live forever will be a monument to my work, and the billions who are murdered to buy that immortality will be the continuance of my work. Not like us? You will become us. That's my monument.

Isn’t it a little bit over top? All those Emperor, vanguand, Custodes as friend... I don’t want to say anything bad, just too much powerful figures wondering around.
I suppose it wouldn't be unlikely for the Emperor's bodyguard to follow the Emperor around a lot, so I don't think this unlikely. However, I did not know that the Adeptus Custodes had that role at that time.
I guess that Minister bases his Custodes vision on new card game Horus Heresy. If you believe to their fluff, bodyguard ran around Emperor all the time during the Crusade, used his ships and sometimes won where even SM failed miserably. Just another uber-warriors, too cool ... or dull
The actual wining of the planet was done by a few regiments of the Imperial Army (not the Imperial Guard, obviously). The Emperor arived on the planet during the crusade, acompanied by his bodyguard (as one would expect). The Master of the Custodes, Constantin Valdor, made quite an impression and it is belived (incorrectly) that he stayed behind for some time to teach battle-lore to one of the blade orders. The weapon in the reliquary might or might not be his, but they're not leting anyone who might dissprove it anywhere near it.

I see your point, but whatever the qualities of the Custodes, it doesn't change the fact that they were the Emperor's bodyguard and that Minister's idea is credible. If we go with Kage's 'cursed subsector' idea though, I don't think the Emperor would have set foot on the Shrineworld.
Although it is looking more likley as we seem to be looking more towards the Age of the Apostasy for the curse...
Anyway, if needed I can re-work it to one of the Greater Imperial Saints (Anyone got anything on this Deathwalker chap/chapess?).

So far so good ;D as many of us tired about ‘only marines are liberators’ … I am even thought such a heresy as minimising of impact of SM in re-conquest.

I guess adding minor officer from AC will greatly enrich the story. There are some names on cards.

sword is nice enough, usual cliché for ‘noble weapon’.
Minister... some very interesting ideas. But be warned: we're getting into the specific and not really the 'meta' at the moment, as it were.

I'm afraid that I don't see this, myself. I think that it is emminently possible given the nature of the 'cursed subsector' has not really been defined yet.

One thing I noticed in the timeline in the other thread Kage, is that you placed the War in Heaven at around 60,000 BC, whereas GW states this at 60,000,000 BC. Was just wondering if this was a typo or, more likely, you aren't happy with GW's concept of time and decided to "correct" it
