Here's what I've got so far for the water world where my Atlanteans have a outpost in the Anargo Sector.
Planet Name: Coronis
x-coordinate: 48
y-coordinate: 26
z-coordinate: 36
Starport type: C
Planet size: 9
Atmosphere: 6
Hydrosphere: A
Population code: A (high, tens of billions)
Government: 9
Law: 5
Tech Level: 16
Trade Code: Hi (High population)
Population multiplier: 1
Planetoid Belts: 2
Gas Giants: 3
Allegiance: Atlantean
Life Value: 2
Resource Value: 7
Export: B (Bio-engineering)
My concepts for the race can be found under "Atlantans" in the "other Races" forum, and my so-far discussion about this planet was until recently in the Dorvaster Shrineworld sector forum, till it came here for fine-tuning.

Where did you get the statistics for this world? The only published information at present derives from those systems which are in the 'sphere of influence' of an Imperial world. This would mean that your "Atlanteans" would quite likely come into direct conflict with the Imperium... well, maybe not "quite likely" but definitely up there on the threat scale. This might be something you wish to address... The orignal premise was to get people filling out the details of the Imperial subsectors and, from there, moving onto the alien races. This was to conform to the GW approach (i.e. the importance of the Imperium and the focus on it) while also strongly suggesting the idea that the Imperium is far more porous and interactive than some of the more modern 'fluff' would lead you to believe. This is mainly a rephrased version of the UWP, which was given to me by Minister. I posted a query to the ASP Powers That Be in the Dorvaster forum, asking if it would be acceptable to hide an alien outpost in the midst of one of the "human" subsectors. Minister told me that it would be fine, and gave me the UWP for a couple of water worlds I could use, ones that would be unlikely for colonization.
Regarding the likelyhood that they are found by the Imperium, one of the founding blocks of my race is that they are wardens/guardians/watchers of everything and everybody. It would make sense that they are skilled at hiding from those they watch. Maybe through some kind of advanced distortion device?

I shall point myself to the Dorvastor subsector, then. I'm just wary about having significant aline powers in the midst of an Imperial subsector... Thank you for taking the time to explain things to me. I appreciate it! Kage

Besides, it's not really a major alien power. The race itself is, but their strengths are elsewhere. This is just an outpost. Thank you for taking the time to explain things to me. I appreciate it! You're welcome. ;D
