Below is the Standard Representation, the product that is the minimum requirement for each planet in the sector. Only when the standard representation is done, can one start further fleshing out the planet, adding important characters, Imperial guard regiments, maps of cities, etc.
For an example of a world with a Standardised Representation, check out Nagoma of the Dorvastor subsector.

Atmosphere: (Standard, dense, tainted, etc)
Surface atmospheric pressure:
Surface temperature:
Hydrosphere: Oceanic percentage
Life forms:
Moons: (Short description, if needed)
Planet description
An introduction of the world and the concept behind the world, as well as a physical description (Is it a ice world with small villages spread across the planet, is it a hive world with underground hives and endless fields of ash waste, etc)

A description of the world's dialect of Low Gothic and other native languages, if any.
