Well another alias and another topic, (once i get mailed nathans pass then we can deleate this user) Anyway, been on holiday and so havnt been improving on photoshop stuff, but will get back to making that stuff look proper and not half arsed like it was before. However while sitting on the poarch of my tropical island shaley with the palm trees and stuff I did some sketches. Just some initial ideas about some of the lesser beings in the 40k universe. Two drawrings experimenting with pencil flesh and pen mechanical parts, they can easilly be developed into better pics. Of course these are nothing amazing, and Ill be doing some higher quality stuff later, more of a show that im still going to be doing some work for the project, Ill look over the world topics to find some things which I like the idea of drawring. -lucas aka nathan- And just to prove i can do other things than draw dudes with bionics jaybe.org/pics/davecartoon.jpgjaybe.org/pics/davecartoon2.jpg

Anyway, been on holiday and so havnt been improving on photoshop stuff, but will get back to making that stuff look proper and not half arsed like it was before. Sounds promising!! Yeah, yeah, and I guess you were sipping PiƱa colada while native girls played with your... hair. Meanwhile, I've been enjoying my holidays in my home town, where it rains 320 days a year.... *sigh* Aaanyway. Well, the 'some dude' looks kinda important. Could easily be used as an Arbites judge, Inquisitor or Adeptus Mechanicus emissary, or something like that. Librarian servitor... I could definitely use for for Proteus, which exports servitors. Other than that, it's one of those things you could put pretty much everywhere. The scribe is also one of those pictures which can go anywhere, but perhaps it would be most appropriate for Anargo, the sector's administrative capital. I think that SR could use some pictures. The prayer machine I'm not so sure about. It's kinda messy, but it kinda looks like a cheap version of the Golden Throne One of those things that could be used a lot of places. Could even be the captain of a ship, like on Rogue Trader's drawing. And you do love candles, don't you? I've got to admit, they do add a lot of 40k atmosphere Now those are good! Amazing detail! We just need to think of where to put them The first one, which looks like a servitor, I could definitely think of billions of places to put it. The features look kinda female though, and since the Adeptus Mechanicus badge is plain to see, I'm a bit tempted to just snatch it for the female council member of Proteus. But again, this could be put anywhere. The second one of the navigator could be used if we wanted to flesh out one of the strong Navigator Houses in the Anargo sector. If I may be so bold as to offer some criticism, I'd say that the eyes are a bit too large, in my opinion. Well, I hope you do. I've been a big fan of your work, ever since you started helping out with Proteus on Portent, back in the day. LoL! I really hope these aren't based on a true story

Agreed, love the bionic stuff.
May I suggest, if you're looking for more bionic subjects, try a rendition of the Ogryn-Servitors of the Protean Tech Guard?
