I like it, it has something totally different from the usual stuff, it almost looks abstract.
The right arm (arm holding the gun) does look a bit strange and his head looks a bit out of place, but it gives it this weird thing to it which I really like.
The background (Hive cities) really kick ass!

Hmmm, this really has potential! Though there's room for improvement, I really like the motif. That Titan in the background is truly menacing too! I have a few comments though, if you're interested... [/li][li]The Titan's highlights need to be toned down. They're so bright that it almost looks like rows of lightbulbs, like on the Coca Cola trucks. It's proportions are slightly off too. [/li][li]The servitor is awesome, but it's a bit too rough. The lasgun and powerfist need work especially. I agree with Malika on the anatomy bit. [/li][li]I don't agree with Malika on the hives. They look like burnt-out ruins. Maybe make them a bit bulkier and make sure the towers are parallell? [/li][li]The bottom left corner needs something. Nothing major, just a detail to fill that empty space.
But I really hope you do keep mucking about on photoshop. As I said, this has potential ;D

Yeah, I agree with all of that CELS. The highlights are a little much, thats easy to change. This is actually my first 'real' attempt at a proper as it were. Its meant to be abstract, due to the fact, well you try drawring detail with a mouse Heres another little doodle: Whats a priest without bionic implants hehe. -nathan-

I know exactly how hard it is to draw with a mouse. And I'm not even good to draw to begin with, so I am impressed with what you come up with so far Again with the second pic though, I love the motif, I think it has great potential, but this low-detail, abstract style doesn't quite work for me. The bright purple highlights, the decorated parts of his tabard... they ruin it for me Using a computer shouldn't really limit the details. In fact, if you spend a bit of time, you can actually get very intricate details, and symmetri that is hard to do by hand. Intricate patterns, repeated patterns, etc. (This isn't good at all, but it's just to prove my point. Details are doable )

Looks very nice, the top one is definitely better
Have you considered getting a pad to draw with, i'm thinking of getting one over the Summer, it makes it a lot easier than drawing just with the mouse

Im a poor student... therefore have no money. So no I wont be getting a pad thingy any time soon. Ill suffer with a mouse for the moment, and of course pencils always work better anyways -nathan-

Those pictures really have potential if you ask me, keep 'em coming! Incidentally I myself use Paint Shop Pro to edit my pictures, though I generally use it to get illumination effects like on this little thing i did: I'm not entirely pleased with the painting itself, but then again I only spent about 30 minutes on it...

I'm not entirely pleased with the painting itself, but then again I only spent about 30 minutes on it... Yeah thats whats so cool about these kind of drawrings. Sure their rough but for battle and space scenes they are perfect and only take a short amount of time. Ill be doing some more, but going to keep it to planets/landscapes/etc. Ive got a few more days till im on holiday and I'll see what I can work upon. Good atmosphere in that piccy BTW. -nathan-

There's an Ork word... what is it now... ah yes. Git. ;D Seriously, most excelent. If you want constructive comments, I would say that the chap at the top definatley looks like a servitor to me (maybee a Praetorian?) and that the cruiser might do with being a little bit longer in the body. However, again, I must say: Git.
