Well, if its a lot of work, then don't bother. Not unless everyone begs you to, anyway. At the moment, it's just my humble opinion Black holes as purple is... well, I'd prefer them black, but perhaps not entirely black. Maybe with a 'silver lining' or something. I don't know where Anargo is. Here's a picture of the planet from orbit though, if that's what you were looking for. img59.photobucket.com/albums/v179/CELS83/Capital_Anargo.jpg

Wow, that’s lovely, I was just trying to copy the Gothic sector map and put Anargo in there to the side.

Only time for a quick reply. Check the coordinates offered in the UWP for each subsector. The 'closest' corner is going to be the 0,0,0 point. Everything else should be relatively easily calculated from that. Also, I know that we're working for the original image posted by Zoom, but is there any way that we can reduce the green element of the main stars? Note their position, yes, since we'll be using that at a later date... but they're a tad too obvious at the moment... Still a wonderful image, however. Kage

I can do pretty pics of planets quickly and easilly if you'ld like them.
Simply send me the map of the planet and a quick brief run down of the planet etc. (Temperature, Cities, Type of landscape etc.)

How long would it take you to create such a pic, Lordof? If someone were to create pics for all the planets developed so far, I might be motivated to make crests for all the planets and subsectors developed so far, as someone previously requested. And then we should have a lot of pretty images to have on our website. I'll mail you a map of Nagoma (almost a waterworld), and you can give it a go, eh?

I'll probably have them done within 2-3 days
Just depends when i actually have some spare time.
But I use the maps you sent me as a basis for a map i use to displace objects in a 3D program.
Its a very quick way of making planets.

Ah, I remember making that map. *Wipes away a tear* Only 2 weeks of my course(and 13 1/2 essays, a mini-thesis, 2 complete web sites, something about e-commerce and a shopping cart database) to go! Hopefully McHaggis has done his work in layers, so if I change the colour of certain parts (like the black holes) and remove the centre axis he can just stick the background layer onto it. So let me know what changes you want done and I'll get on them once I've graduated. Oh, and I'll get started on the site with IWS as well. EDIT - Should be doing other work, but I'm going to work out which sub-sectors are which (really should've labelled the star objects ) Ok, this may get hard to explain. If you look at McHaggis' map, you'll see a cluster of stars at the very top right. That is subsector 1. The group under that is sub-sector 2. There is another group directly to the left of these. That is 3. The other 3 are in an 'L' shape at the bottom left of the sector. The one at the top is 4, the bottom left one is 5, and the right one is 6. ................1 3............... ................2 ................. .4.............. .5..6.......... (like that, sortof) Now to work out what's what.... 1: Hiveworld Sub-Sector 2: Shrineworld Sub-Sector 3: 'Other' Sub-Sector 4: Forgeworld Sub-Sector 5: Fortress Sub-Sector 6: Capital Sub-Sector

I'll take longer than i thought
I'm getting called in for a lot more hours at work due to one of us getting sick and I'm having to fill.

Thanks for working that out Zoom... I was in the process of doing it myself just from looking at the coordinates! We really need some way of representing this 'skeleton' in a way that is accessible to everyone? I wonder if it is possible to do it as a form of 'web-page', attached to the temporary website? Kage

I've sent CELS a quick knock up of Nagoma with slightly exagerated features since it is still untextured.

Right, since it has become important, I thought that I would post the following maps of Anargo... It was made in a graph-producing program. Apologies, but I'm more used to dealing with scientific data than artwork so using CAD, etc., just wasn't an option since I wanted to do these quickly... Also, apologies for the resolution, but that's photo-bucket for you. Anyway, the Anargo sector for you... Colours as follows: Lime green = Ork Empire Green = Sargassos Red = Castellan Black = Meksum Grey = Archiaos Blue = Anargo Orange = Dorvastor And the other object is now the current position of Tir'asur assuming that someone doesn't come up with an astounding concept for that world (see World Building).
