And the Castellan subsector that, for some reason, I've called the Massil subsector. Ah well...

oooooooh.....Pritty! Well, uh... I saw that you guys needed help with artwork/maps etc. so here I am. I talked to Kage a bit and I had no-idea you had a much more complete map(s) of the sector. I told Kage I'd make somthing and now that I have a more in-deph map of the sector(s), I can try.

That is.... sweet. You're hired ;D Seriously, this has great potential, but as you know, the Anargo sector is a cube, and a good map of the sector should show all the different sides of the sector, so we can go "And here you see the Dorvastor subsector bordering on the Lazarus sector, and the Castellan subsector bordering on the Cruciatine sector", etc.

Anyone who wants to make 'pretty' subsector and sector maps gets my vote. Still really need something BFG Gothic sector-like... And, yes, the "Heart of Anargo" is an anomaly... it tends to show up only in the 'warp currents', however. That's another map that we plan on creating when we get someone with the artistic bent and time...

Is it visible and should I include it on the map?

Yeah, Its like mine just 4x as good. The Stellar debris and clouds really make it stand out, If the star were spaced less grid like within ther own sectors i'd look a whole lot better. Just as was already said.

Please remember that the 'grid' system is a manifestation merely of the method by which the subsector was generated. If you were to include all the data points then you wouldn't be able to tell...
What is important is that the stars not be overtly emphasised. The temporary maps are to allow us to interact in terms of distribution, etc. In a 'pretty' map a star is not going to resolve to the level of detail that is given on the sector-scale map or, indeed, even the subsector-scale map.

If there is any other map that you would like me to attempt to create please ask away. I would also like to ask McHaggis what program he used to make that cube map he made.
