Well, I've decided that my next army after the Archaios Imperial Guard will be the Proteus Tech Guard. Actually, I'm feeling a bit inspired, so I'll probably do the Tech Guard army first. Now, if you want to see what I have in mind game-wise, go here. For the models though, I'm thinking that I'll be using Bretonnian Men at Arms models for legs. Then I'll use the old "pig-head" storm trooper torsos (or maybe Kasrkin torsos, what do you think?) and use some Cadian plastic heads. Those are the basic infantry. I'm also thinking that I'll want to have some nasty Combat servitors, using Ogryn rules. I've described my ideas about those here. Then there's the actual Tech Guard commander, who will be just like the normal infantry models, except that he'll have the head of a Mounted Slaanesh Lord, which looks suitably Greek. That just leaves figuring out what to do with the Command staff (which obviously can't look like the uber-infantry, since those use storm trooper rules) and the Priest, which will of course be an Adeptus Mechanicus Electro Priest. So does anyone have a good idea on how to convert those?

The command squad...erm have some robed figures. That would be a start. Perhaps create an Incarcerator and have that one count as the standard bearer. Go here for GW's idea to model it: us.games-workshop.com/games/40k/witchhunters/gaming/scenarios/repent/incarcerator1.htmHowever I think that model would be too big, you could try building a smaller one, using the tacks from the Ork Wartrak, and then use small plastic transparant tube as the "stasis vat" It would be something like:
