Anybody interested in including a well-organised and equipped chaos enclave that isn't anything to do with the traitor legions?
I'd like to see a structured and organised chaos governmental system, myself. Kind of like a totalitarian monarchy devoted to the worship of chaos.

you mean like an entire planet or star system? I think th Imperium would have destroyed anything at that size

Assuming that it knows of its presence...
It's easy for worlds to stay hidden; it's not like they're visible from elsewhere; to go other places you have to know where they are...

Hide an entire world? I doubt that...I mean if they attack the Imperium a lot, they would get noticed and the Imperium forces would look for their base of operations... What about them having a base (a very small) empire in some huge asteroid belt..they could hide there easily/ they travel in small transport ships or warp gates... And well...Imperial ships cant get into an asteroid belt, they would get seriously damaged, and then the defences of the chaos forces attacking them too...maybe some sneaky boarding actions

I'm pretty sure Kage wants to avoid too strong a Chaos presence in the sector, since we already have the orks, the minor alien races, and the Alpha Legion, but...
I suppose one could imagine a Chaos world in the unpopulated areas of the Anargo sector, if there are any. Far away from the subsectors, that is. As Malika points out though, they would have to be careful indeed. The Imperium would not let this world stand for a day, if they found it, no matter what the costs.
As for the asteroid field, yes, these are dangerous for the Imperials, but what makes you think it's any different for the chaos worshippers? Khorne does not protect his ships from asteroids. Would be a pity of the asteroid base was smothered by another asteroid...

They use smaller ships, small transports and fighters (look at that new FW model) which are way more manouvrable than those big imperial ships.
They might also use warp gates, working together with cultist on some planets...making a gate connection possible, Alpha Legion would proabyl do something alike.
I would have this Blood-Pact allied with the Alpha Legion forces though

Why not make it interesting; make them mortal enemies of the Alpha Legion? An equally self-righteous government wouldn't stand for those meddling brutes coming in and trying to bully them into doing their bidding. Chaotic forces are by nature megalomaniacs, remember? Who wants someone else telling you what to do with your empire?

The Imperium does have small ships too. They're called bombers, fighters and shuttles. They're the size of jumbojets, and basically as small as space craft get in 40k.

Good point, but since the asteroid field will probably be large, the Imperium wont know where exactly the enemy base would be, and the Blood Pact guys would probably place lots of defences and booby traps in the asteroids, but thats what I think

You think mines and defense turrets will keep the Imperium away? "Boy, this asteroid field is heavily guarded. Oh well, it's probably nothing. We can't go risking lives just in case there's a chaos base in there."

no...Imperial ships just keep being destroyed there...first they would have probably send some big ships...they got destroyed in the asteroids...
Later on they send smaller stuff, which could manouvre in the asteroid field, but they all got killed, no victory...
Maybe the Imperium has contained it, making sure nothing could get out of that area, but since these guys might have warp gates, they do get out, and they might smuggle themselves in Imperial ships (small transports)

I am interested in the idea’s potential and vote for it with such amendments: - The force should be small, maybe one system with a single inhabited world.
- Their space capacities should be severely limited.
- There should be damn good reason why they weren’t smashed yet.
- Maybe add some of Big Four to their back up, as we already have Undivided.

I like the idea of Nurgle backing them up..having these guys spread some kinda plague through the anargo sector...or at least trying to

I also think that it should be Nurgle or Tzeench. But I was thinking to have Plague zombies at some point, so maybe Tzeench for army and Nurgle for plague only?

How about we structure it as a cross between the medieval catholic church, and Hitler's nazi party on crack?
Only worshipping the bad guys, of course.
