Good work that man; you shall be mentioned in dispatches. I realise that Castellan is going rather slowly at the moment; I've got some very rough notes on the overall structure that has been imposed on the sub by the militarisation of the frontier worlds, but then when conversation turned to the Frost Bringers I switched back to developing their IA and most of my Anargo time, which is meagre at the moment, is going on that. Does anyone have any features they'd like to see incorporated into the overall structure and governance of the sub? The main distinguishing feature at the moment is that although the standard subsector governing structure still nominally exists, the real centre of power in Castellan lies with the Lord Militant Protector who runs the militarised front-line worlds. His efforts to ensure that every system in the sub (well, Imperial systems) operates effectively as part of the overall defensive line has meant there's a certain top-down imposition on the worlds of the sector - all the government types are going to have an element of "captive government" about them, to a much higher degree than "Guard recruiters come by and collect a regiment every ten years". Only two planet-specific thoughts at the moment: the asteroid belt with just a few inhabitants is probably a listening post/astropathic relay; the lost planet will probably be the FBs' homeworld. More on that to come...

Sikkukkut, if you want my humble advice, I say post what you have of the Frost Wraith IA, and we'll take a look at it. As I have said before, there's little point in you spending hundreds of hours on something without showing it to us before it's done. After all, we might not agree with everything you've done, and then lots of time will have been wasted. Besides, there are more pressing matters. The Frost Wraiths don't really have a huge impact upon the sector, so I think the time would be better spent discussing the things that affect the Castellan subsector as a whole. For example, you have yet to make a stand on the Castellan wars/history , which would have a big impact on the subsector and entire sector history, even. In conclusion; 1) Post what you have on the Frost Wraiths and forget about them for a while. Maybe even letting others make their suggestion, even if they are your responsibility. 2) Visit the link above. All IMVHO, of course

I hear and empathise, hence my post in Anargo about needing a 'manager' (or rather very high up assistant!) to allow me to concentrate on the broader aspects, get some stuff finished and then come back with full force... well, while doing the FT job and FT PhD...
