This is the last doctirnes we have thiked of but how about this:
Grenadiers Xeno-fighters: Orks Close order Drill Veterans Iron Discipline
With this you can take a full standart org. sheet. But with the before you can only take 1 Elites as every elite is restricted other than a 0-1 Veterans.
Comments welcome for the list.

This thread has gone without a reply for some time, so I thought that I would show that it hasn't been forgotten about. I'm afraid, however, that I really don't have the knowledge to be able to reply to this... Perhaps someone will drop in shortly who will be able to properly comment. I hope so and, if they would, also drop into RPG... Kage

The doctrines look good to me!
So how are you planning on building up your army? Are you working on an armylist?
As for ideas for painting, I say go with the camouflage of your choice, and paint the flak armour either dark angels green or codex grey, depending on whether you want urban warriors or wilderness warriors.
I don't think any conversions will be needed, since the Castellans would have pretty standard equipment. Standard pattern armour and lasguns... Or should we try to create a unique looking army, perhaps, using several plastic sets? I actually saw a damn cool IG regiment which used Cadians and Bretonnian Men-at-arms..! Lots of possibilities...

I am in thinking of using an army list like this:
CHQ
Veterans
Stormtroopers x2
Standart platoon x4
Sentinal x3 (Seperate)
Heavy weapons platoon x3 ------------
Storm troopers Xeno-fighters: Orks Close order Drill Heavy Weapons platoon Iron Discipline
These are the new doctrines.
The theme is simple they are INFANTRY. So no pie plates in my force. This will impresses my foes.
I am going to test my force this week and then report the results back. I am going to face an Ork player tomarrow. Waiting for the result.
For modelling and painting:
-I don't want to make conversions out of other plastic kits because to my exp. Making out 10 Black Templars via. this way takes a day and i do not want to think about 100 plastic men being converted. -I have to convert the heavy weap. teams. mixin plastics.
-Color will be Red with blue flak jacket. I know it will look crap but no one will laugh at the color of my troops while they are shooting the hell out of him.

Sounds like a cool army, but I don´t think it´d represent the standard Castellan army, which would probably be very, very dependant on barrage weapons, hellhounds and heavy weapon platoons! The red and blue uniforms are going to be poorly camouflaged even by ork standards, so I guess your army must have a fairly special background...

"Damn the camuflage and open fire!" is why i used the un camuflaged theme; but this is their uniform. They will use camuflage in the field.
Hellhounds? Never thinked of them. With their improved armour i think they can withstand a lot of firepower than the old one. Hmmm.
Droped those 3 Sentinals to one squad and taked 2 Hellhounds.
For barrage and heavy weap. platoons. I think i can take those platoons as support squads for the CHQ and PHQs. This leaves me out a doctrine and i can now get some barrage weaponry. 2 Bassilisks supported by a Leman Russ will improve my durability a little.
So what do you think?

A force that fights mainly orks would, eventually, become a tad 'orkish' I reckon.
Try something like this;
Doctrines: Xeno fighters, orks. Veterans Heavy weapon platoons Hardened fighters Die hards
That's how I imagine a 'fluffy' doctrine list would look, but I'm sure more effective lists could be made. As for FO, I think lot's of mortars, multi-laser and autocannon sentinels, hellhounds, and small-ish platoons with hardened fighters and grenade launchers.
