'lo all, Me and my friend Shoulder are starting up a 40k adaption for the free Rimworlds, a generic science fiction-system made Krister Sundelin. It's a swedish game but the rules is translated into english. Can be downloaded here: www.foxtail.nu/rim.htmlEnought of that, now what we need to do... - Skills and their descriptions.
- Eduction packages.
- Advantages and disadvantages.
- Technology, such as weapons and spacecrafts.
- Special Rules; such as psykers.
We also need a couple of example characters, I suggest a groxherder from Antares and a hiver from 'Shroomtown. Bias? Naaah. I suggest we shamelessly steal a lot of data from Evangelium, and other finished Game Data. We also need to translate much of the system, for an example the Psy-system needs translation and adjustment. Maybe talk with Krister Sundelin? Send the translation to him I mean, he could have uses for it. I suggest we start with skills... Edit: I really need to read a post before I post it...

Apart from the default Rimworld skills; Langual skills: High Gothic Langual skills: Low Gothic Langual skills: Dialectal Low Gothic
Well... H/L Gothic. I'd imagine most would have a rather high score in Low gothic or dialectal such, and a lesser score in High.
Those where the only ones I could come up with at the time being.

Don't forget Lingua Technis! But all that goes under Language skills.
And Rimworld don't have a default skill list, I guess you mean Evangelium's list?
But I think it would be best if we started a new thread for it, the list is quite extensive!

Well, it might be for Evangelium (example skills, chapter 03), and yes, it's quite extensive; but it would be worth posting.
