Looks peachy to me! May I ask about the name? Does it mean anything, or does it just sound cool?

But what I want to know is what you want to do with that system that you've generated... Kage

But what I want to know is what you want to do with that system that you've generated... KageMainly support for the Proteus system, as well as provide arial equipment for Anargo PDF forces and IG units assigned elsewhere. I'm working on developing Modestus, only if work and the "other thing" would calm down enough to give me time.

Yes, Kage, this is the system belonging to the factoryworld Modestus, which heretic volunteered to work on a while back. You'll see that it has been reserved in the Introduction thread of the Proteus forum.
So I suppose we'll be hearing more about Modestus and the details like physical characteristics, culture, government, technology, etc when heretic has time.

Is this the planet that makes Vultures and Valkyries for IG regiments?

The very one. It will also be making Marauder bombers, Lightning fighters and other navy aircraft. Possibly even Starhawks and other space fighters/bombers too. We'll see what heretic comes up with.

I'm wanting to ask about adeptus mechanicus franchise, but instead will wait to see heretic expand upon the system that he has presented. Kage

I will have something redily available this weekend, I'm shorthanded at work today and tomorrow, and spent last night updating Oracle stuff.
I'll tie in what I can, but may need some fluff help, as my AM knowledge is not that advanced.

Don’t worry they have not a lot info on them and are very secretive organization, so blend them as you with and then present to us. You can always say that they are just weird faction. Just do not use it as the reason to give Land Raider to every squad and a couple to their relatives and all will be fine

Technology Idea:
Perhaps Occasus has well developed knowledge of fuel cell technology? If not Occasus itself, then maybe the Proteus Forgeworld. Think about it: using fuel cells would reduce reliamce on promethium and other hazardous materials, and give the machines produced by the Forgeworld/Occasus a unique flavor.

Perhaps Occasus has well developed knowledge of fuel cell technology? I geuss this is a little bit high tech or too unreliable/expensive for mass-use.

After some thought, I've come to agree with Kage on these matters.
There is really no reason why one world would have an exceptionally high level of technology on any given area, such as fuel. The world may have some extraordinarily rare minerals or chemicals, giving them a unique kind of fuel, but the Adeptus Mechanicus uploads all its technology to the database on Mars.
Of course, there are some forgeworlds which possess some unique technology (such as Proteus), but this can be explained by... A) They possess ancient artifacts which they can't replicate, but which they know how work. Thus, they can keep using a machine to create the rare plasma guns for Leman Russ executioners, but they have no STC-schematics to upload to Mars. B) The technology is known to others, but because of its unstability, only a few choose to use it.

There would be no reason for Modestus to have any higher technology than Proteus. none at all.
However, its proximity to the Gas Giant will allow fuels to be more plentiful, as Occasus is mainly there to provide the gasses to the sub-sector.
