Is it taboo here to stay always logged on? i fear i wouldnt be able to remember my logon if i didnt (I'm the third first born male and son of an engineer in my family, and let me tell you we cant remember things using our short term memory to save our lives (we also cannot spell)

People who do not log out will be banned. Ok, just kidding. Welcome to the forum, Egarb (and nice name by the way ) To answer your question, in all seriousness, it is perfectly fine if you always stay logged on. ... and with that, I'm locking this thread.

If you really want to make sure that your password is something simple to remember, make sure that it is that simple. Your real name, for example. I don't have access to the password information and neither does anyone else on this board so it should be fairly secure. And, again, welcome. I'm 'da boss' but, at present, rather absentee... (And on which note... 10,000 words to go! Yay! And, erm, oodles of revision. )
