<grin> Yes, there is that. But if you're going to do eldar artwork, I really would prefer if they had more normal feet... The original sketch was done in 2002 and I think it could be made elegant, by lengthening the feet and legs a bit;) Also the feet could be narrower. But don't worry if it was a commission it would be standard feet al the way. Not until you pointed it out. Indeed, didn't some of the original models tend to come with this type of thing? I think so, but higher up. Having the long legs meant I could have the banner coming straint out of the back and hanging like a 'cloak'.

The original sketch was done in 2002 and I think it could be made elegant, by lengthening the feet and legs a bit;) Well, there is that. One could look at the old eldar models and note that many of them were actually digit-grade. I prefer to see these as indicative of non-eldar forms, and that the Titans are their 'eldar-morphic' attempts, with normal feet and all... But don't worry if it was a commission it would be standard feet al the way. Erm, commission as in "we describe something to you and you out of the joy in your heart draw it"? ASP by definition cannot make money... I think so, but higher up. Having the long legs meant I could have the banner coming straint out of the back and hanging like a 'cloak'. An interesting and evoking idea. Instead of giving them animalised, digit-grade legs I'll go with shortening the banner...

Erm, commission as in "we describe something to you and you out of the joy in your heart draw it"? ASP by definition cannot make money... I meant if the Black library commissioned an Eldar artwork from me it would be standard. An interesting and evoking idea. Instead of giving them animalised, digit-grade legs I'll go with shortening the banner... I wouldn't describe them as animalised as I do think there are any animals on earth that can stand on two legs and lock both their knees and ankles (humans can't even do that!)As I said, its concept and as such arn't GW Eldar, but what I like. Mind you I'm sure if this design ever came into being every Eladr player would love me to bit as the slid there entire army into the bin!

I meant if the Black library commissioned an Eldar artwork from me it would be standard. So what about images drawn to 'concept' of members of ASP, if they inspire you? <nudge nudge> I wouldn't describe them as animalised as I do think there are any animals on earth that can stand on two legs and lock both their knees and ankles (humans can't even do that!)... <grin> More a reference to the digit-grade structure (i.e. foot as toes). Quadrupeds (read: animals) tend to utilise this structure... As I said, its concept and as such arn't GW Eldar, but what I like. I find it intriguing, but one of those points that even I would not dare to introduce! Admittedly, I've done a lot to the eldar already that inspires me to (metaphorically) duck... Mind you I'm sure if this design ever came into being every Eladr player would love me to bit as the slid there entire army into the bin! LOL. Yes, there is that. Hit 'em where it hurts: in the pocket!
