Hello, Culeagh here. I was directed here from the Eldaronline forums and have been in awe since about 8:30 last night at the sheer amount of stuff you guys have come up. I am very impressed! I've been playing 40k since I was a wee lad of 9 years and the game was not much older than me at the time. My first minis were the original harlequin boxed set and the 30 marines for 30 dollars (painted with enamels of course). I am mostly interested in seeing a new Eldar colony grow to maturity and will help as much as I am to accomplish that. I'll try to keep the warrior Aspect within from getting out of hand too. Happy Hunting

Greetings,
I came here by way of 40k.ca. Glad to see that there is a core group of motivated people helping to expand the 40k universe. I've got a good handle on many of the races, but my person favorite is Space Marines and the Imperium.

Hello, my name is Sephiroth (ok, it's not really, but I'm not telling you my real one ) and 40K cost me my job, my family, my... Ok, dramatics aside. Really, read a number of Kage's posts (I knew him as MAT) on Critical Hit forums, and have been following the progress of this project closely. I'm keen to help in anyway I can, though I must warn, I tend to be fanatical about various Xenogen species, so your most likely to find me posting stuff in the "other races of the Anargo sector" forum.

Yo. Skonar/Mark here.
I used to hang out a lot with CELS, and, am doing so again lately in favour of doing crazy fanfic-ish-stuff.
My claim to fame is, er, liking Space Marines. ... Not much of a claim to fame, but hey.

'Alo. Name's pretty much self-explanatory, although I guess I should say I first found out about this marvelous place on Portent, where I go by AncientAsirnoth/Khaine'sMessenger. I signed up earlier, but I couldn't remember my login name/password because I never participated, so I signed up again. My main interest? Sabotage, of course! But no, my real main interest is just to observe. As one of the fools who tried to "roleplay" on GW's forums, I've been interested in the whole roleplaying/detailed fluff angle on 40k and since I retreated to the "fluff" (I believe it was the day my Space Marines were obliterated by an armored company....), I've just been curious as to how we can forge something out of what GW has given us. Also, I'm spying a bit. As a "background developer" of the SA/LoT roleplaying group, I've been trying to find other groups of people attempting to build a workable structure. And since this project seems to have attracted some veritable "fluff gods," I'm more curious than ever to see what you guys have come up with....

Hey. Rich here.
I was briefly associated with this project on Portent before exam season took its toll (D'oh!). Being on the brink of finishing my first year at uni, and having a free summer on my hands, I decided it was time to sign myself up once more.
As far as 40K is concerned, I'm very much into the fluff and am a particularly big fan of the BL novels. I have a rather large Cadian army (was 4000+ points in metal figs, and now 2000 in plastics), a reasonably sized catachan army (2000) and a small tank comapny (3 russ, 1 demolisher, 2 chimera, 7 sentinels). I've also recently started an AL army after being inspired by their fluff in IA. I find the AL fluff the most inspiring of all at the moment, can't say why it just really appeals. Current projects include starting an IF army (again, inspired by the background) and eventually deathwatch.
I'm also a big BFG fan and have to say its my favorate game; I've got all the published info on it, and its the only game that I play regularly. I tend to enjoy painting/converting more than gaming, and mostly buy the models that have inspired me in the fluff.
Cheers,
Rich

Hi... I'm juggernaut rides (or Andy as everyone insists on calling me outside of the net). I have always been a fan of wh40k, especially the fluff, not been near the game for the last 4-5 years when i was an avid epic player. Ive always loved the idea of world building and this project is right up my street. Seems tho before I can offer anything there is a lot of info to digest, this looks well professional and I'm just glad i took the time to read Kage's interview in the Oracle.

Greetings!
High Inquisitor here, you may have noticed me on Portent. I'm a total fluff-addict, and I have been playing 40k for about five years now.
I noticed this project months ago, but dismissed the idea because of lack of time. But it's summer, and I'm a free man now.
So, I would really like to help with this amazing project. I've done some browsing on this site and it looks really good. But I haven't found out where can I get assigned on a task. I would like to design my own planet, I have downloaded the guide and some other files from the worldbuilding forums. So how can I get started? Who do I need to be in contact with?
Thanks in advance!
+ CELS' Edit: The ASP Inquisition will PM this 'High Inquisitor' and show him the Emperor's Guidance, and obviously punish him for impersonating an Inquisitor. No need to reply to this post. Move along, citizen... +[/b]

Hey all I'm lone pilgrim. I play 40k almost exclusively and have numerous armies including radical Daemonhunters, Blood Angels, Chaos Space Marines, Tau, and most recently, Imperial Guard. In order to give my games a bit more depth I created my own website (www.lonepilgrim.co.uk) and my very own sector for my armies to trash. CELS spotted my website and thought I might be interested in getting involved with the Anargo project. So here I am I'm really interested in everything 40k and I'm constantly on the look out for 'mature' forums where I can discuss things in a little more detail. Unfortunately, real life often intervenes, and my gaming time is quite restricted. Okay, now I'm off to browse the boards and poke my nose in...

I'd just take the opportunity to welcome all members that have thus far posted to this thread... Welcome With an ever-increasing member base the Anargo Sector Project looks like it not only has the interesting and the staying power to hold up to the project goals, but that we can get things moving along swifty as people take up the construction of Imperial worlds. So, once again welcome to the ASP. Check out World Building forum for all the guidelines that you're going to need, get your feet wet by posting in the boards and commenting on the various concepts thus far generated, and then get to world building! Hi i'm link my friends call me Tom. I've been playing 40k for five years and just started getting into Battlefleet Gothic. I saw a link to the Anargo Project and knew it was soemthing I'd love. I'm a big fluff hound and a history buff so creating the history of a just a few worlds is very exciting. I just need to learn how to use the world editor.
