No, im sorry but i dont have a copy. I found the info by searching MARS on google. Sorry. Im glad some one finds my planet intresting, i have not managed to get the attention i predicted, i mean from multiple users.I'm not sure what kind of attention you were expecting. Were you looking for more feedback on your ideas or for other memebers to suggest additions to the planet concept? I'll be glad to help out in any way that I can.

One must also understand that as present in the Sargassos subsector the world isn't going to have a sector-wide importance. The Sargassos subsector is becalmed, a part of the reason that it is thought of as the "Cursed Subsector", as well as some of its dubious history...
Kage, it was not my intention to make the entire Sargassos Sub-Sector becalmed. I was my intention that only a portion of the systems would fall inside of the anomaly....I guess that meens we need to work out mor of the specifics of the gulf....which meens we need to address the nature of the warp and the issue of what lies at the heart of the Sector.....(damn, its a vicious cycle).

I'm not entirely sure what you're suggesting with regards to the fact that the 'sector' (I presume you mean system) is constantly monitored and therefore cannot be altered, unless of course you're simply referring to extensive perimeter sensor systems, etc...
This deals partly with the question that I had asked you about the presence of rare elements in the warp engines of Imperial ships. Dakar is a source of some rare element. The world came under attack by forces of the Alpha Legion and their cultists in order to disrupt the flow of this necessary material. By disrupting the flow, they hoped to slow down or even stop ship production in the Anargo Sector.
the world was pretty much decimated to remove the taint of chaos, but the mines still needed to be manned, so they turned to making it a penal colony. The taint of chaos however has not been removed from the world. Cultists and maybe even some of their Alpha Legion masters may still stalk the deep galaries of the labarynth like warrens that run through the planet.
I think that the world has been labeled perdita by the Inquisistion, but to get around it, no one who goes to the surface can ever leave. The transports that carry the precious mineral off of the surface are all controlled remotely or by machine spirits. The ships are depressurized, to prevent stowaways.
The planets moon has been turned into a fortress and garrison. The monitor the planet ready to bombard it if the taint of chaos should arise again or if the prisoners should riot. It is like a Sword of Damocles hanging above the head of everyone on Dakar. The base also monitors the Sargasso Gulf as well. Although it is not in the gulf, Dakar lies in one of the systems that borders it closely.
