Here's a list of the worlds that will be available for the Ork Empire. But first, a brief explanation.
The Cruciatine sector where the Ork threat originally came from (at least the great force that now threatens the Anargo sector) is not one of the six sectors that borders to the sides the Anargo sector cube. Rather, it borders to one of the Anargo sector's corners (x0, y60, z0, to be exact). We want the Anargo Ork empire to be between the Cruciatine sector and the Castellan subsector in an almost straight line. This is because the Orks that built this empire did not colonize these worlds because they looked pretty, but rather because they were on their route to a new enemy, the Castellans. That said, here's the list of planets that form the such a rough line. None of these directly border to the Castellan subsector though, which lies closer to the heart of the Anargo sector, but this is because we want a buffer of no-man's land between the Ork Empire and Castellan subsector, with ruined worlds and whatnot.

Here's the worlds that I considered unlikely to be a part of the Ork empire, for various reasons. I'll include them anyway, just in case. Perhaps we can place the odd ork world among them, especially ones that aren't part of the Ork empire. Perhaps even ancient pre-Imperium Ork worlds that the invading orks (Waaagh! Tuskragga, IIRC) stopped by to resupply and recruit before attacking the Castellan subsector. The idea of an Ork world maybe 40 millennia old is quite interesting, since it would be before the Orks had any influence from humans whatsoever. I've marked possible ancient Ork worlds yellow.

Important note
It goes without saying that these guideline statistics should be taken with an even greater pinch of salt than when used for Imperial worlds. Naturally, orks would not have participating democracies, nor would they be able or interested in having extremely high law levels. Still, there are other possibilities than simply having a dictator on each world. For instance, the feudal technocracy could be interpreted as the world being ruled by powerful mekboyz. It's also conceivable that quite a few of these worlds will normaly be in a balkanized state, with no single planetary ruler. Also, keep in mind that Orks actually have a religion, so it's quite possible that some worlds are ruled by religious leaders as well, preaching about the will of Gork & Mork, and in this way unifying their people in the same way as Ghazghkull Mag Uruk Thraka.
Similarly, tech levels will never be higher than Imperial worlds. Even if the ork mekboyz are capable of constructing machines that are techlevel A or above, such as teleporters, force fields, etc, entire worlds do not benefit from this. Mekboys capable of building the most advanced machines known to ork are usually hired by powerful Warlords and used for warfare, not for the good of their world.
Last, keep in mind that what might be a tainted and unbreathable atmosphere for humans, could be like fresh mountain air for orks. They are tough bastards, and can probably breathe air that would kill humans in minutes.
